  1. How about take a grad to work day. Select grads to intern at companies, giving them on the job training at half pay with the intent to hire them to the position at the end of the semester. If you train people to take quality jobs with increments in pay based on knowledge gained at school you will see rises in the field that are needed for jobs and better performance all around. Its not rocket science.
